LESLEY MARTIN
Senior Lettings Negotiator
Lesley worked in the financial sector for 16 years before joining Craig 14 years ago and has helped build the business from strength to strength. Lesley has super rapport with all the clients and is always eager to help everyone. Lesley has worked with both the Sales and Lettings departments of Hemmings Homes and communicates with both our tenants and landlords, so every day is different for Lesley which keeps her on her toes. Out with the office Lesley likes spending time with her beloved dog Hudson, eating out and spending time with her family. Lesley is very keen to learn and progress in an industry that can change quickly.
SUZIE HEMPHILL
Lettings Director
Suzie has worked in the property industry for 16 years, primarily in lettings but very much an ‘all-rounder’’ Suzie started out as a property receptionist in Glasgow South and worked her way up to lettings property manager and sales administrator with an agent in Glasgow West End. Suzie then went on to manage her own letting portfolio from home generating business by recommendation and business development, however as she very much missed working as part of a team, she joined Hemmings Homes in 2020. Suzie is extremely experienced, organized and versatile in her daily work and has the ability to engage with a range of different clients and being able to adapt to each of their needs. Suzie holds Level 6 qualification in Letting and Property Management. In her spare time Suzie to keep fit by going to the gym and spending time with friends and family, especially her 2 sons.
Neil Devlin
Professional photographer/videographer
Neil has over four years of dedicated experience in the property industry capturing properties for the likes of Purple Bricks, Allen & Harris, Your Move & Rettie. Now working at Hemmings Homes where he has gained even more experience and really found his feet. Neil has honed his skills in showcasing homes and commercial spaces through stunning visuals. His expertise extends beyond property photography, drawing from eight years as a professional photographer. Neil's keen eye for detail, combined with his technical skills, ensures that every property he photographs is presented at its best.
Elaine Martin
Senior Negotiator
With over 20 years experience in theproperty industry I have negotiated sales for a wide range of properties at all levels. Being a local resident to Cambuslang I know the surrounding area extremely well and have a good track record of delivering for my clients. I am approachable and friendly and will always go the extra mile to ensure a smooth buying or selling experience. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family and gardening.
